To enhance your ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) experience, we have developed three ear canal models (large, medium, and small) in the app to accommodate different users. Choose the model that suits you best for an improved noise-cancelling experience. The default setting is ear canal mode 2 (medium), which fits most people. In the case of abnormal sounds such as hissing or squealing when ANC is turned on, you can download the "PeatsAudio" app to select the most suitable ear canal model or gently rotate the earbud to find the optimal angle. Please refrain from forcefully pushing the earbuds into your ears, as this can lead to more squealing sounds.

Our earphones support AptX Adaptive Lossless audio on devices such as ASUS, moto, Xperia, Vivo, Xiaomi, ZTE, and more. For other devices, normal audio is supported.
